I believe that…
– True success is measured in lives, not dollars. In forty years, I wish to look reflect on my life and know that my choices improved the lives of others – that at least a handful of people breathed easier because I lived.
– Money is a tool, and as such is an instrument to be used for the achievement of a greater purpose. This is a business and I must consider the bottom line to continue operating, but it is foremost a means to achieve ends such as (1) improving my community; (2) becoming debt free and financially independent; (3) blessing the lives of others; and (4) inspiring others to do the same. The way I see it, if everyone gave just a little to improve the lives and environment of those closest to them, this world would be a much happier place.
– God not only exists, but He desires a personal relationship with each of us. My life is better, my marriage is better, and my business will be better the more I make decisions that honor Him. My faith does not insulate me from the tragedies of life, but it does give me the confidence that joy comes in the morning.
